Installed in western Massachusetts as a retrofit into an existing operation, this Terex Simplicity horizontal 6’ x 20’ triple deck wet screen is being used in a sand & gravel operation to make 1 ½, ¾ and C-33 sand.  Each flat deck was fitted for 1 x 4 urethane panels.

The producer manufactures pre-cast concrete bridge segments and process their own raw materials.  They were awarded 20% of the installation for the Tapinze Bridge (now known as the Governor Mario M Cuomo Bridge) in New York.

An old Cedarapids (same size) screen was malfunctioning for some time and needed to be replaced before spring 2020.  Using the existing screen tower, EESSCO and Terex Simplicity matched the same footprint so that the new screen could be installed easily.
